Mother in law suffers from dementia. Wife has been taking care of her mom for a few years without assistance. Now she needs help, personnel and a paycheck. They hire precision Healthcare about a month ago. Wife gets hired thru precision health so she can have scheduled hours and start earning a paycheck for the job she's been doing for free. She meets PH at their office. Gets a TB test. Goes back to have it looked at. All good. So now PH hires Wife, that hired PH to watch MIL. Both times in office, Lisa, was unusually passive aggressive to my wife, for whatever reason. Very condescending. But it's made immediately clear how Lisa felt about wifey. 1st day on the clock: everything is smoothe until it's time to clock out with their app. The app is pretty standard stuff, easy to navigate. But there's nowhere to tap to officially clock out. Time runs past.. wife's phone starts blowing up immediately. Lisa fires Wife for not clocking out on time. No verbal or written warning. Straight to your fired. After an explanation was given, tho very seemingly not believed, but a "2nd chance" was given.. probably to avoid any legal trouble for PH. Fast forward a week. Wife's on the clock til 8pm. Altho father in law doesn't get home from work til midnight and no other aide is scheduled to come. So PH is OK with MIL having 4+ hrs without supervision. Any other aide would clock out and leave MIL alone at home. Wife stays til FIL gets home.. late. Wife didn't get home til almost 3am. Didn't get to bed until at least 4am. For some strange reason, PH wants Wife to come to office for another TB early next morning. Wife, exhausted from a double shift (but only receiving pay for 1), oversleeps and misses TB shot. Wife is also terrified of needles. Lisa fires Wife. Keep in mind, Wife only watches MIL. She doesn't take on any other clients thru PH. Next day: aide that is with MIL is coughing like crazy. So much that MIL freaks out. Aide leaves MIL alone and says she needs medical attention. So, aide makes MIL very upset, and then leaves her home alone. Zero repercussions. Wife still watches MIL.. just for free again. Currently looking to switch agencys. Lisa has wife's number blocked. Would not recommend this place.
