I was driving behind a Team Greene ABC car on sixth street and watched as the driver LITTERED and threw a burger king cup out of the window. If they don't care about your community why would they care for your elders?

Always Best Care senior services is very unprofessional and their poor communication comes to scheduling and coverage and most caregivers are not trained some are in for those who do their job they do not get recognized as I've been hearing that some do but this is a senior ran agency but for individuals that are Disabled and young this is not the agency for you because they have problems with understanding how one copes with things mentally and they have a problem with relating to others and their religious stance when it comes to people in their healthcare and how it needs to be ran I don't appreciate this And I would hope that the owner can respond to these request of comment for me needing services and I'm sure they're going to have this matter looked into regarding this agency of me having services and communication failures and and other issues of monks military treatment everything I've been assaulted no one has yet to address my concerns as far as that assault has been concerned and with the caregiver and then a police report and everything and I'm tired of it I'm tired I don't care what sad what happens to this agency and I pray to God that he responds to my request in my demand as a patient I've been really really through the ringer with this company and I'm praying that someone can really reach out to me ASAP from a legal organization or from a someone that can really hear my concerns out because I'm tired of this company trying to disregard my Healthcare rates and they trying to stage for me to be blacklisted from all healthcare because they don't wanna do a job with covering I don't like this this is a very messy company and sincerely those that do they work they don't recognize them or they care about it when they talk and expose people's private information to others in a network in as well as to the state about how people you know they slander people a lot you know this is supposed to be HIPAA protected but it's not a lot of people's cases get disgusting a lot of things just go on and shouldn't go on on his company a lot of unprofessionalism and it just continues continue habitually and I don't like it so they definitely need some adjustments in this company or some kind of way or another this company needs to get marked off the maps in the universe needs to definitely get with this company's expectations of having only nursing for seniors are not disabled young people that are like searching for for Care or Services because this is not the company for them i'm pretty sure you have benefits for those who are interested in whatever the case is but for my experience with this company since I've started with them people that walked out and then every time you reported them about an incident they don't do well with handling them or dealing with them accordingly so enough is enough

1 Star is too much, this company is a literal Train wreck. My Aunt is terminally ill and unfortunately used this company. Not once was anyone on time or even close too it even after confirming dates and times with Management. Money was taken out of her account for services she didn't receive. I truly feel bad for people who have to deal with them on a daily basis because they don't have family or friends to help them. This company should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of elderly and disabled people.
