I have been using Bayada for 2 1/2 years now. I use them as my mother (who lives in an Assisted Living Facility) needed additional help. The staff is wonderful and are responsive 24/7. The aids that they provided were top notch... very caring. My mother had one regular aid (who comes 5 days a week) and for the other 2 days, there are other aids. The "other" aids are lovely as well. I was very worried about hiring an aid and even more worried that my mother would not accept them. Well.. I couldn't have been more wrong. My mother took to the aids and relied (and trusted them fully). I can't say enough things about Bayada. I don't have any other family members who help me (I have a crappy sister that does nothing) but Bayada has felt like an extended family... always there to help and very reliable. Best decision I made was choosing them.

Farrah was one of my sisters caregivers in her time of need. She was the most kind, compassionate, empathetic and capable home health aide. She went above and beyond , not only for my sister but for our entire family in our time of need. Thank you so much Farrah- you are now a Sparkler family friend for life. We love you!

They do not care about the well being of clients or aids. You can have the flu & they'll still hold you accountable for why you couldn't come to work. Even when you go 2 days sick and the client knows. You can have a medical emergency and it's ignored. This office is so unprofessional they shouldn't be open.

They are the worst very unprofessional. The people working in the office are very unorganized. They do not care about their aides.

Very responsive 24/7. Kind and thoughtful aides who are also well trained. I also appreciate the regular checks on my mom by Cindy Cook and her follow through on any concerns I or my mom may have. Absolutely no complaints, and I am so thankful that this company treats the client and the client's family so well.
