You can do beeter. Although I found the people excellent, the organization seems to use a lot of contracted personnel and lax continuity of service. They also do not try to maximize the services you are entitled to and I , claim insurance coverage. I caught them in the act of misrepresenting and switched to another company

Excellent customer service and home health services provided. Answered all questions and concerns my family had. Hawa and team were very professional and knowledgeable. The home health aide that was provided for my mom is very trustworthy and is a tremendous help to me and my family. Would highly recommend!

First, let me point out that I have written reviews for a business/service MAYBE three times in my life. The compassion and service provided by Covenant was so far beyond amazing that I had to leave a review.... My mother (82) is bed bound and needs total assistance with getting from bed to chair, eating, and all other daily activities. It was an emergent situation that led my family to CHHS, when my mother's normal care giver did not show up for work. I reached out to my Uncle who is a physician and he referred me to Hawa at Covenant. I spoke to her on the phone and was immediately comforted by her and reassured that someone would be out to help mom that very day and for a number of days following! She even said that she would come out personally if need be. That day (and that weekend), Hawa and everyone at CHHS literally rescued my mom, and in turn, our whole family. Their professionalism, quality of care, and punctuality were beyond appreciated. Needless to say, we are trying to work with insurance etc to switch to using CHHS on a regular basis. They really were my mom's angel!
