Daily dove care has been good to me I had another agency before them that I wasn’t happy with and my Keystone Stone coordinator referred me to Daily Dove Care because she knew an employee by the name of erica that been working for them and was looking for a new client due to her certain client passing away and we connected and learned she was great worker so she gave me the info and I switch over and got the care I needed and a schedule that works for me and my caregiver

I brought my father to Daily Dove because of the work that they do for the community, I even recommended 3 cases to them. My father was recently hospitalized due to a severe stroke which caused a brain bleed. During this time I was out of work without any income to maintain my bills. I remained in contact with the case manager during the entire hospitalization. I never received any alerts of new cases in the HHA app not 1. Per the company this is how they let people know about new cases. He returned home for 5 days and had to be readmitted. I filed for unemployment which they denied and stated that it was a voluntary quit. My father is scheduled to come home in the next two weeks. They stated that I can be added back to the schedule at that time. but stated they cant change the voluntary quit and will just take the case to court to fight the unemployment. My father has a 24hr 7 days a week case with this agency. This has changed my entire outlook on this company.
