We used Holy Redeemer Hospice for my dad in the last few months of his life. However, we were incredibly disappointed with them and expected more meaningful help and empathy from a Catholic healthcare organization. It was an incredibly stressful time where they did as little as possible while basically dumping much of the work on overwhelmed family and unpaid friends. Yet they had no problems collecting money and billings for their lackluster and mediocre performance. No one went above and beyond the call of duty. In fact, they seemed rather distant and detached. There are too many silos and bureaucrats in this organization, so it's no wonder Holy Redeemer is having so many financial and operational problems. Archbishop Perez needs to intervene to get them to go back to basics, improve patient care and concern, and refocus on exhibiting their Catholic heritage in all aspects of their duties.

I would like to express my heart felt Thanks to Amanda, Megan, Rosa,Terri, Ishatu,Kayla, Tam Kathy,and Ariel for there time,patience,kindness with my Mom. Every question or concern I had was answered. Mom's needs were met with kindness and dignity. These individuals showed understanding kindness and experience. Again Thank you.

If I could give Holy Redeemer negative stars I would. My mother was almost killed by a drunk driver/hit and run in November of 2020 and utilized Holy Redeemer during her recovery. She was left with thousands of dollars of medical debt after what insurance paid. She has been struggling to pay these bills and could not keep up. Holy Redeemer decided to sue my mother instead of going after the jerk who caused the accident and almost killed her. If you are ever in an accident and need care please do everything you can to avoid this place. They are money hungry thieves who will do anything in their power to take what little money you have. Shame on you Holy Redeemer but then again I wouldn’t expect any less from a catholic run organization. Edited to add: the care she received was also less than adequate. These people really have some nerve.

This review is for Kate McM, HR-Home Care Physical Therapist: Before I begin, I must first apologize to Kate for the lateness of this review. (A few weeks ago, I finished my outpatient physical therapy - another reason I’m late writing this post.). On February 20, 2023, I had a Complete Reverse Shoulder Replacement Surgery of my Right Shoulder. After being discharged, I was approved for home PT/OT. That’s when I had the privilege of having Kate for my home PT/OT. Kate is a wonderful person and a fabulous physical therapist!! She is kind, gentle, considerate, and thorough in her duties. Upon leaving the hospital, I was given this horrible sling that was difficult to adjust and maneuver. Kate was so patient often showing me and my sister (my caregiver) over and over how to get it “just right.” She also showed me how to dress myself, take a shower, get in and out of bed and much more, always finding ways for me to be as comfortable as possible. When I would often forget the exact way to do a particular exercise, Kate was patient and gentle in teaching me again, never becoming frustrated with my slow learning. Thank you so very much, Kate, for all your help!! You are great! We love you!! You’re the best!! You are a huge asset to your agency. Sincerely, Marianne Brody

I can not say enough about the wonderful care my husband received from both the Home Care Team and the Hospice Care Team. They were just wonderful, so caring and professional to not only my husband but to the rest of us. They kept us updated to their arrival times. The kindness these women gave to my husband and to my daughters and myself was so appreciated.
