If I could give them a sub par star rating I certainly would, they suck! They transported me from Jeanes hospital in a van or ambulance which should have been retired 20 years ago, road like a piece of junk and I'm sure they charged full price 😡

My mom was on hospice for a year with the agency. Poor communication and scheduling. Had to constantly ask for supplies and were sent inconsistent that I had to go buy supplies for my mom. In the last weeks of her life she developed wounds and we could not get wound supplies delivered. In her last week we expected a daily nurse visit which did not occur and we had to ask to increase her meds for pain with little guidance from the staff. I was very unhappy with the hospice and should have gone with my gut and went with another agency. One positive is the nurses that did come were caring and kind to my mom and tried to get the supplies that were needed. Also after her death no one reached out to acknowledge her passing accept her one nurse. Very disappointed and would not recommended

No communication whatsoever about end of treatment. My father is at the same baseline now as he was 7 weeks ago when he got out of rehab. I was so confident and optimistic when they first called to set this up and it's sad we made no progress. Seems like they showed up to get a check. When I expressed my issue they try to "upsell" to get a home health aid in the house for hours at a time everyday.

They don't show up. My poor gram has been home 10 days and they are full of excuses and an answering machine. She has bed sores and sent her arthritis topical.
