We have always used Bayada and have been nothing but happy and grateful with the Bucks team in Jamison. Somehow, my mother was opened up by the Jefferson Bayada Philly team. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of care and accountability from this office. My mother, who has stage 4 cancer, requires regular drainage of her lung. The agency was responsible for supplying the necessary medical equipment for this critical procedure, yet they failed to provide the supplies as required for over a week. This was not a minor oversight. A missed supply order directly impacts her ability to breathe and her overall comfort. The failure created unnecessary risk, stress, and suffering for both my mother and our family. The procedure was done to keep my mom out of the hospital/office and in the comfort of her home - well she ended up back at Fox Chase to have her lung drained. What makes this more concerning is that this responsibility was clearly the agencies due to my mom being on Medicare, but someone on the back end messed up her insurance even though the nurse opening her up was informed at least twice that she had Medicare. Families choose a home health agency with the expectation that essential medical needs will be met consistently, accurately, and on time. In this case, they did not meet even the most basic standard of care. This kind of neglect is unacceptable in home health. Patients and families deserve reliability, especially when dealing with advanced illness. Unfortunately, our experience with this Bayada office showed the opposite. I cannot recommend this part of the agency to anyone in need of dependable, professional care. To note, my mom really enjoyed nurse Cheryl who was very friendly and supportive the one time she was able to come. Additionally, Karen who is part of the office staff really did try to mitigate the situation and help us through this as best she could.

I had home care for physical therapy and I just wanted to leave a review for the PT Stephanie. She has helped me tremendously the past few weeks even with personal matters that she didn't have to do. She definitely went out of her way to not only give me the help and guidance I needed but make me feel comfortable too. I would recommend this company (esp. Stephanie) for anyone that is in need of physical therapy at home.

My mom suffered a stroke back in May - went to moss rehab and then discharged to Home health - the 2 therapists that worked with my mom were absolutely amazing (Beth and Kelly I believe) - with their help they got her walking independently with a walker - she transitioned to outpatient therapy and is now using a cane - thank you Bayada/jefferson
