Love this home health care!! Everyone was very nice especially Carmen. She explained everything nice and clear which helped me a lot. Carmen was also very joyful and welcoming. Keesha helped me with my checks and made sure all of my information was correct. I do recommend coming here. Staff was very polite!!!

I’ve been receiving home care from various agencies for the past 20 years, and I have never had an experience as frustrating and negative with an agency as LOF. The administration does not care in the slightest bit about client safety or well-being. They have no regard whatsoever for me as a person, which has been made abundantly clear by the nurse manager. I sincerely and truly wish that I had never started to receive care from this agency, They are truly the worst
