I've been with Continuum for 10 years. My son has a very rare skin disorder. My sons nurses become family. They learned more about my sons disorder and trained to take it on. They are a huge reason why my son is still with us and doing way better than anyone predicted. They are professional when needed but also know when to relax and act like part of the family. They grew to care about my son like family and have his best instrests at heart. They always do what's asked of them for my sons care and are very helpful while brainstorming treatment changes. The office staff are always willing to help and give options and information. They're willing to talk to schools or doctors when needed and supply the home with needed nursing supplies.

I recommend Continuum for home nursing care. They have currently staffed us with a day nurse, which she has gone above and beyond to provide excellent care for our daughter.

This company is awesome. All the girls are very accommodating. They try thier best to get us staffed. I know there is a nursing shortage right now. But they dont stop trying to fill our shifts. Brandy is a great don, she really shows love to her patients and the families. We love all the girls that work there.

Continuum has been our nursing agency for 13 years now. Our family has 4 medically fragile children/adults that all receive nursing. This agency has gone above and beyond to help our family. Brandy Kumer the DON has the biggest heart and loves the children she oversees. She fights hard to get them the care they need & do what they need to fill the shifts even with a national nursing shortage. I have helped many families find Continuum, and all have been pleased. I contacted Continuum over a month ago after receiving a referral. Definitely the wrong move. They were unable to meet my needs. The only nurse that was found for my case I found myself. My contact person Denise very seldom returned calls and when she did, she gave you lies or the run around. After speaking with Natalie for the first time, customer service horrible. The most she said was "Mmm Hmm" which makes you feel like your loved one isn't important. So after waiting all this time for them, they then call and say "We can't help you". I wouldn't recommend or refer this place for a dog let alone a child. BEWARE! Because of their lack of urgency and commitment our child has to remain in the hospital until we start the process over with another agency for nursing. If I could give 0 stars I would.
