After a long, hard fought battle with cancer, my uncle declined rapidly and needed to be put on hospice. It was an abrupt decision (and a Sunday) but Rob Sokolowski was able to work his magic and coordinate this referral quickly. Rob the nurse was immediately at the facility (within a half hour), where he was residing, and had him admitted quickly to their services. From the initial referral to my uncle’s last breath, Heartland Hospice was amazing to work with and ensured my uncle received quality care with focus on comfort. Stacey, one of their nurses, is such an amazing nurse. She has the heart of an angel. I can’t thank the staff enough and would highly recommend their services for anyone who is in need of extra care during their final days/weeks.
