I would give them a zero if the system allowed. I was referred to Maxim for Hab services for my son with autism. After speaking with Rebecca a couple of times and giving her information about my son, we set up a date for her and staff to come to my home to meet in person. No one from the agency showed up for the appointment. Not even Rebecca. No phone call, no text, no email. They ghosted me! I wasted time with this agency and waited for them and they didn't even have the decency to let me know they wouldn't show for the appointment. If this is how they treat you when you are in the interview phase, I can only imagine how the actual service must be. Would never recommend.
