Good evening Google Family. This is my first time visiting the Atrium - at the Main LIne Health Corporate Offices in Radnor, or Wayne, PA. I was invited to celebrate the life and times of my dear momma, Mrs. Evelyn Latane, pronounced, Lat-knee. It is a lovely building and the service was so wonderful and endearing. They had a lovely program of which the audience was a part of. They had a musician, a guitarist and violinist. We were able to speak our loved one's name and then we were allowed to speak a few words about our loved ones. I spoke about my dear Momma and how she has transitioned back on Monday, March 24, 2025 and now she is in a better place, no more pain or suffering, My dear momma is with Jesus and my dad. The offices of Main Line Health are so gorgeous, a lovely place to have a memorial like this. The restrooms were downstairs and they were state of the art. The light refreshments were wonderful: an assortment of cheddar and swiss cheese, fruit, crackers and carrots and celery and water and lemonade. There were volunteers to help coordinate the event. I met so many nice people. I fellowshipped and I networked. I met Miss MIchele Whipple, the Manager of Volunteer Services, Home Care and Hospice. A wonderful person, Michele is. She definitely is the right person for her job, I asked if I could be a volunteer. I also asked her could I do a video and she said yes. What a delight!! I love creating videos. I enjoyed myself this afternoon and I look forward to coming here again. A great experience today. Don't forget to work out, be Healthy, Fit and Fabulous!!!!!

This is specifically for their Billing Customer Service. I’d give no stars if I could. I love my providers! Where does Main Line Health fall short? Their billing!! They have billed my primary care claims wrong to IBX and even giving them a couple months to resolve it I still have claims they can’t seem to fix it despite promising me they would 7 weeks ago. That’s why I am submitting this review. The providers are great but the billing gives me a headache they don’t want to resolve. When I mention this to other MLH patients I get similar reports. Their billing department acts like a third party billing company and reflects poorly on MLH.

Ripped off Main line health in Broomall over charges you especially if they see that you have good insurance . I went in for a cardiac mri gave them a code . I recieved a bill with two different mri billing codes . I was charged 14,000 . I had a cardiac mri before never was charged that amount .

I have been seeing Dr. Hirsch, whom has so far been incredible. We will be performing my upcoming surgery. While I was scheduling for anesthesia, I spoke to Chris at the home care and hospice, Radner location. Chris went above and beyond to make sure I had every bit of information I needed and that I felt confident with the information provided. All of the staff that I have met have been friendly and helpful, but Chris was phenomenal. He even got me a date 1 month ahead of the scheduler. Excellent service!!!

In 2007-2011, I had an excellent, caring MLH doctor. I moved out of the state but when I returned, I went back to MLH - different doctors. I have noticed how much the care has disintegrated. If you have too many health issues, the docs don't want you. And even though I had medical records transferred when I moved back - records that are important to my care - no one's ever so much as glanced at them. I can tell because I get asked questions that date back to 2011-2012 - questions which are answered in the records for 2012-2019. Very scary actually.
