Maxim health care meets all of my mother's expectations.I love the meet and greet . Maxim also gives you the supplies you need to work with the clients handsoap,hand sanitizer,gloves,papertowels,etc. Maxim also has flexible scheduling. I'm overall very pleased.

I have worked for Maxim off and on for 11 years. Always a place that welcomes you with open arms. Benefits could be better but that’s an issue everywhere. Office staff are great, they seem to enjoy what they are doing (I don’t have contact with everyone, they have many services to offer) For any nurses looking to Join- Hannah, Kate and Nick will take great care of you. Always friendly when they answer and for me they take their time getting to know my needs which helps me give the best care to my clients and their families. Hannah attends to her job with a great sense of humor which all of us nurses know we need to have when dealing with peoples health. The nursing supervisor Renee is truly an asset and is very supportive. For families looking, Maxim tries it’s best to fit you with the right nurses and to meet your needs every step of the way.

Maxim is a good company to work for. I have worked for Maxim for 7 years. They have been really good to me. They helped me if I needed to have my schedule changed. They work together as a family. They are very caring. They are always very helpful when you call in for something. I have receive a couple of gift cards for Aide of the Month., I also have received an Award for Aide of the Year.
