I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my deep concerns regarding the ongoing care and management issues related to my mother’s services under Jessica’s supervision as of September 12, 2025. Despite the passage of time, I regret to report that nothing has improved. Jessica continues to exhibit unprofessional behavior, including being mouthy, dishonest, and aggressively dismissive of concerns. I have personally experienced subliminal threats from her for simply advocating on behalf of my mother, which is unacceptable. This behavior extends beyond me, affecting my fiance and our other caregiver, who have both not received payment for their services over the past two weeks. Most alarmingly, one of Jessica’s highly recommended aides nearly caused severe harm to my mother. During a recent two-week hospitalization, my mother was neglected—left lying flat, covered in feces, and vomiting without assistance. Throughout this distressing period, the aide was distracted, playing on her phone within five feet of my mother and showing an utter disregard for her wellbeing. Jessica failed to check on my mother’s condition or offer any apology for these unacceptable circumstances. Upon my mother’s discharge, we decided, after discussion, not to continue with Jessica’s recommended aides due to safety concerns. Instead, we relied on two aides of our own. However, Jessica has persistently lied and manipulated communication channels, including texting me under the false pretense of contacting my mother, who does not use text messaging but communicates via a specific email address we provided and have previously used to discuss aide issues. Further complicating matters, Jessica discharged my mother’s case after refusing to accommodate coverage schedules arranged by my aides, effectively penalizing us for advocating for better care. Her aggressive and disrespectful attitude extends not only to me but also to the aides caring for my mother. It has now been two weeks since my aides have been compensated, and we continue to await payment. The excuses are endless and reminiscent of patterns from five years ago involving insurance issues and family bereavements. Frankly, I am astounded that someone so unprofessional, disrespectful, and illiterate remains in business. Jessica cloaks herself behind a pastor’s facade, yet her actions demonstrate a blatant disregard for ethics and kindness. She shows no concern for her employees or her patients, despite receiving payment for services rendered.

This is the worst home health care company I've seen. We hired them for my grandpa and the girl came late and left early everyday. They didn't even help him bathe regularly. Check on your loved ones and do your research on these companies. Steer clear of this one.

Do not use this company. They're unprofessional and I'm certain the state should shut them down. One of their employees stole my mother's car and the owner refused to call me back, for whatever reason. If you care about your loved ones, take them elsewhere!

Aide used patients vehicle to run personal errands. Aide is not authorized to use the vehicle. She is not insured to drive it. She also took patient out of state without notifying the family in the same vehicle. She does her personal laundry, stores her personal belongings and sleeps at patients home when not on the clock. Patient has gained a significant amount of weight since being under their care. Patient has become very unhealthy. Family credit card given to patient for emergencies has maxed out, patient denies she made these charges. Only ones with access to card is the patient and the aide. Aides frequently fall asleep on the job.
