Not sure since when Bayada intake process was changed. Years ago, they picked up the phone, got all information and insurance card, when nurse identified, they showed up to do the rest paperwork. We got an 400 lb. elephant sitting there to ask my older son to care for my little one (her patient). We had no choice to contact the agency. The nursing supervisor even said, "One family's trash is another family's treasury". That supervisor moved on, and wanted to give it a try. but process was changed. Now, after you gave the information, they don't ask for insurance but told you to standby for a call from a so-called "quality assurance" or "quality control" to contact you. Who verify if this so-called "quality" is working? My April request is still pending. No one call. Luckily, other nursing agency stepped in and filled the need. The reason for 2 stars: at least they picked up the phone and assigned someone.
