Worst home health agency ever. eKidz State College branch has failed at their job. Multiple days left with no coverage due to poor communication skills and unprofessionalism on their end. We have been without nursing for days & nights because they fail to do their jobs. They tried to make a nurse work doubles for 3 days straight with no sleep. They have lied to us telling us we have coverage just to find out we do not. For how hard they work their nurses they get no incentive for pulling doubles with no sleep. Great nurses but horrible agency. They are only in it for the money! they could careless of the well-being of your child. They’re a complete joke and should be embarrassed. What they have done is a case of neglect and this will NOT go unrecognized. The Vice President of this company believe she knows what in the best interest of my brother and she is wrong. Having no nursing is not the best interest for my brother. He’s had to miss countless days of school because of the nursing agency failing to do their job. My mother, father, sisters & i have had to miss school/work due to no nursing. I understand a day here & there but we’ve went multiple days in a row without coverage AND have had over 10 days a month with no coverage. Absolutely ridiculous. They should be embarrassed and ashamed. Also they have never apologized for what they have done! I DO NOT recommend this company at all.
