I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS!!! First, the nurse I spoke with that came in to help my Pap was rude when speaking to me. Second, the same nurse, on her first visit, threw away MONTHS worth of documents I had saved for my Pap's Kidney Doctor, that I can't get back!!! And she did it without my permission!!! Just thought it was trash and took it upon herself to throw it all away- we needed those!!! NEVER touch things that don't belong to you, and especially in someone else's home!!! We will be leaving this company immediately. I'm sick to my stomache and quite frankly disgusted that they would allow nurses like that to work for them. Think about how that is representing your company Omni!!! 😭
