I had home health services with this company for two days while I’ve had a wound vac for a very serious wound from hip to hip. I had not remembered “refusing” to having my wound vac changed (Wednesday) when it was changed that Monday. The woman who I spoke with was as rude as can be and stated she wasn’t going to have me “lying” about what her nurses did or didn’t do and at that moment chose to discontinue services and that I should reach back out to the wound care center to continue my care. By law, they’re supposed to give you 48-72 hours of discontinuation of care. This home health is honestly horrible even if you’re on pain meds from a major surgery and can’t quite remember things, they will just throw you away if you question ANYTHING. So unprofessional even after I had apologized, and she acknowledged that the caretaker noted I was very incoherent from my pain meds that day. Absolutely hurtful. Do not use this service if you can help it.
