This is the worst agency I have ever seen, the nurses are very unprofessional they argue with the patient and have the nerve to bring a recliner chair to the patient house so can recliner and be on the phone or there tablets, they don't do no work, and because I'm not the POA for the the person they don't care about what I ask of them. And the owner is only in for the MONEY.........

Very unprofessional owner. He is very disrespectful and when signing the contract he said he had plenty of nurses. Beware that is a lie!! His one nurse Johnson is always late and leaves early then decides he only wants to work every other week because he feels like it(real reason is he don't want to come in after a specific nurse from the other agency.) When asked them to fill the vacant shift the owner said they have no staff, and it isn't his problem. Beware run the other way. He talks to clients and their families very rude and disrespectful how does he talk to his family. Horrible.

My great grandmother has dementia and was in need of companionship care. The staff here is very professional and friendly. Even during this COVID-19 scare they are still providing top care. You can tell that the staff really cares about her and have developed a caring and professional relationship with our family.
