My grandma loves this place. They give her everything she needs and respects her wishes of the things she doesn't want. She's been able to keep her spirits up which is largely due to this facility. The long visiting hours have been really convenient since I don't live nearby. Staff is very nice and friendly, and River is such a good boy for a therapy dog ♡

I can’t say enough about how amazing Holy Family Hospice was during my great-grandmother’s final days. From the very beginning, they were compassionate, supportive, and truly made such a difficult time a little easier for our family. Our hospice nurses, Claire and Lori, were absolutely incredible. They were so kind, patient, and informative, always making sure we understood what was happening and what to expect. They went above and beyond to care for not only my great-grandmother but also for us as a family. Their kindness and empathy made such a difference, and we will forever be grateful for the way they treated my great-grandmother with so much dignity and respect. We honestly wouldn’t have been able to get through those final days without them. If you’re looking for a hospice company that truly cares, I highly recommend them. They are an absolute blessing.

This place was a joke. Save your self the pain. They were suggested by the hostipal staff to set up home hospice care . It was a Friday morning we tried to call and were transferred to voicemail…Problem is they did not call us back until the following Monday….. tell me how that makes any sense being you provide hospice care… end of life care…. were we suppose to tell her to wait to die?? what pathetic reason would justify this inhuman treatment? Grandma had one final wish, to be at home when she passed on, this company nearly robbed her of this. Incompetency at its finest. If we would have waited for this company our grandma would have died in the hospital a full day before they even had the compassion to return our calls... 4 days before they could return our call?? For end of life care???? make it make sense. Give your loved one the respect, dignity and attention they deserve on the final days and call someone else.

Holy Family took care of my Aunt last month when she passed. The staff was exceptional and caring and made my family feel more supported than any other medical facility we had been at. It’s a place you never want to need but when you do, it’s the best and only choice. I truly felt like they treated her as family.

They did such a great job taking care of my grandmother here! She passed in the most peaceful way possible. The staff here is excellent as well and they have a beautiful outdoor patio with a water fountain, beautiful stone statues of mother Mary, nice sit down chairs and tables, etc. I can’t think what else I could really ask for! 🙏🏻
