This hospice team is like no other. There are so many words to describe them. Honest, caring, respectful, warm hearted, etc. I had a horrible experience with a different hospice group, after many complaints we were finally able to make the switch to Brandywine River Valley- which was a blessing. Our nurse, Lisa was our God sent angel. She was our nurse for my father in law and my grandmother. Phenomenal. 😇 In three days it will be a year since I lost my father in law. And I just received a card in the mail from Brandywine river valley- for the anniversary of his passing. Thank you for being a great team. Five stars just isn’t enough. Forever grateful. ❤️

We were amazingly blessed by Brandywine RV Home Health and Hospice. They provided excellent care and demonstrated a genuine empathy and care for my father-in-law. He thoroughly enjoyed every single person from hospice who came to help him. Everyone from the nurses, to the aids, to the Chaplain and Social Worker were wonderfully-nice and giving of their time and expertise. This made a difficult time much more bearable and enabled us to care for our father/father-in-law in our home during this Covid season. Thank you to Mike, Justine, Jen, Lisa, Haley, and everyone else who came to help us!

I think this is the most compassionate hospice group around! They go above and beyond the normal responsibilities for hospice nurses. They get to know families and patients on a personal level to provide the best possible care to keep patients comfortable in their own home. Volunteers and Office staff are continuously coming up with creative approaches for residents at facilities that are currently not allowed visitation. Overall - this group is really amazing!
