We've been waiting a week for my mom, and they still haven't even called us back. The service was terrible; the office looked abandoned.

The worst, inadequately trained staff. They're on their cell phones during therapy, making the patient worse. I don't recommend them. I spoke with the person in charge of supervising, and they agreed to call me. This was five months ago, and they never called back—a stunning lack of respect and professionalism.
