This company offers the worst service I've ever seen. They have nurses who don't know how to do their jobs. They don't know how to treat ulcers; the ulcers always get worse. They don't even know how to administer antibiotics intravenously, they don't know how to insert a vein, and to top it all off, the company provides them with the cheapest equipment they can find.

I am very disappointed with the service provided by this company. They do not offer quality service and lack an on-call system. If a patient experiences an emergency during the night, they are unable to address it because their hours are limited to 4:00 pm. This lack of availability is unacceptable, especially for patients who may need assistance outside of regular business hours. The company needs to improve its service and offer more comprehensive support for their patients.
