Nova Infusion provides unacceptable service for a healthcare company. They consistently fail to answer calls or return promised callbacks. Most concerning, they left my 90 year old grandmother without her essential medical treatment on four separate occasions. This is unacceptable😡😞😡 Their lack of professionalism and reliability is particularly troubling when serving elderly patients who depend on timely care. I cannot recommend this company ever. Worse service.

I gave one star because there's no way to demerit the page. There are bad companies, but this is one of the worst when it comes to patient care. They prefer the patient to die, but they don't meet the patient's needs and requests. Do not hire the services of this terrible company.
