I had a great pregnancy experience at Ryder, from early appts to nice employees all the way to the birth of my baby boy. They knew my name by heart and never judge me for being from the states. I just had a c section Jan 9th. All the doctors and nurses were very helpful with everything. From the start of my birth process to the operation to post operation to recovery. The nursery helped out a lot with bathing and daily check ins with my baby. They would bath feed and help with my 1 day old baby. Dra. Maldonado is a very good OBGYN. She cares about her patients and really cares which makes me feel like she loves her job. 10 out of 10. Great hospital on the island. Thank you for everything!!!!

Absolutely disgusting treatment of their patients. They are neglectful arrogant and do NOTHING to help their patients. All of the nurses and doctors here need to lose their license. This hospital is ridiculous. WORST experience. PLEASE DO NOT bring your family here unless you want to be completely ignored and treated like your life doesn’t matter.

first impressions very very clean. Based on old reviews I was expecting the worse (dirty, old machines, horrible staff). Anyway I can tell you none of that exist in the intensive care section. The staff here really try to make you feel at ease. We may not always get the outcome we are looking for but please respect the process. Staff here are working really hard, so if we are visitors or patients let's respect them & take time out to thank them. I know I will .

Even thou this Hospital is running better after several monster hurricanes and its parking garage is conveniently close & spacious it can improve in some areas like when you register to come into the bldg. The line of guest is long at times while one receptionist signs you in her log book or computer. Because that's the last thing you need to do when your trying to do your business with a certain amount of time that you have. My suggestion to that would be to have more than on receptionist when it gets busy and prevents that back-up line of people at the entrance of the hospital which doesn't look too professional. My other issue with this hospital is the lack of a comfortable waiting room for guests who are not allowed to go in the hospital for whatever reason. You only have 3 uncomfortable benches right at the entrances together with the line of people who are trying to come in the hospital. It is a mish-mash of people in a line with others who have 2 wait on those 3 benches provided by the hospital. They need to have a better and more comfortable waiting area and registration line as a Memorial Hospital!

Long wait time just like every patient said ... The trash can can use some cleaning ... And the employees can speed this up there's not even much patients... I believe retraining will be good patients time should be considered valuable... God bless sos this place is more then cold its extremely cold cafeteria is the worst place to be in its at least 60 degree inside and maybe less. Walked the the Hallways and irs also cold. Energy abuse i see in Puerto Rico's business. They need to work more talk less ... It gets better more then three hours waiting... This is ridiculous... NO ATM MACHINES IF YOU'RE TRAVELING NO ATM FOR AMERICAN BANKS LIKE CHASE BANK OF AMERICA EXT. NO ATM WHAT'S SO EVER NEARBY...
