I've gone twice already to get an appointment at 7:00 pm and there's no one at reception. Today I went again and waited about half an hour, and I had to go to another hospital because no one came out.

I went a Sunday for an allergic/burn reaction and after being the second person coming in, I waited over 2 and half hours to be attended. The pink scrubs lady treated me horrible and actually felt she was yelling at me. I felt like I couldn't explain my situation well since she cut me off the middle of it. She then notice her tone and repeated the same thing but lower (still codensading tone). Like lady if you don't want to work as a Doctor or work a Sunday then quit. Treat better the people or you won't receive any more patients. They also did not call anyone for an hour, after the only person they called, left. Everyone in the waiting room said the same thing. They all have an attitude, they are rude and impatient with the patients. Only two young nurses were respecful and nice. In general, horrible treatment and customer service. Never going again.

As a urgent care it have everything I expect for an emergency that doesn’t require a Hospital. Don’t needed to wait to be attended.

I brought my wife, sick and vomiting, and the price was high. I told the doctor on duty and the nurses and they said she can't speak. I told her she can speak but she's really sick, and all they did was laugh at her, the bastards, and then they treated her, they're useless.
