They made me wait 3 hours on my first appointment, the second time I waited 2.45 hours, no apology, the dr didn’t even introduce himself although he was very thorough both times. The physical therapist appointment on the third visit was right on time (it may have been just luck), he too was thorough but had 2 of us going at the same time, the other patient was in the next room and he would bounce back and forth giving us each an exercise to do them the other. No introduction either, I asked him who he was. He should have just done a group session. I was told p/t appointments are on time dr visits are not. Insane office, 2 seemingly qualified, talented doctors with no regard to patients. Tons of people, I counted 30 waiting, not enough chairs and I was on crutches 😰poorly managed, absolutely no respect for the patients, privacy or health care, well being or time. They are more concerned with you keeping on a mask in which is a joke almost everyone wore theirs below the nose or on the neck like an ornament and impossible to distance with so many people in a very small room. I’m not a COVID fearful person but I did feel claustrophobic and caged in.

I'll start by saying that this doctor's office is a complete disaster. People are standing around, there aren't enough chairs, it's disorganized. They don't value your time, and they make you wait for hours. My appointment was at 12 p.m., and they made me wait for three hours without even an apology. When I asked why it took so long, she told me that's normal here. This is totally unacceptable; what they have in that office is abuse.
