Dr. Benjamin, who was on duty at 1 a.m. today, needs to work on how he treats people, especially when they're bringing him food at 1 a.m. from Bayamón to Naranjito. Snatching food from someone who was just doing their job, simply because he didn't know how to give instructions, was completely out of line. It's no surprise the hospital has a 2.8-star rating with such arrogant and rude people like that doctor working there. TERRIBLE. P.S. THE BEACHES BELONG TO THE PEOPLE, GRINGO GO HOME.

I'm giving one star because there's no other option. This center is useless. Terrible service, we asked for employees. Terrible customer service. They don't answer calls. Their call center also never gets through to the office staff. What a shame for the people of Naranjito.

The service in the emergency room is terrible. The wait is absurd; you wait for hours to be seen. While patients have been waiting for hours to be called by the doctor, he's seen calmly chatting with the security guard. It's a complete lack of consideration for the patients who have been waiting for hours. It's pathetic that many end up leaving without having been seen and seeking care at another health center. To make matters worse, they make you go through three or four offices before and after the doctor, and it takes them ages to call you in either.
