HomeCare San Lucas's service is terrible. I gave it one star, but it's a zero. On July 17, my sister brought the paperwork for therapy for my mom for knee surgery. On July 28, she received a HomeCare evaluation. On August 4, HomeCare submitted the paperwork to the insurance company. Today, August 8, HomeCare still hasn't called my mom. There's one week left until her next appointment with the orthopedist. This is truly unfortunate, that my mother can't walk yet.

Terrible service at the San Lucas Hospice in Ponce. They never cured my father's ulcer, I ended up curing it myself, they never changed his colostomy bag while he was bedridden, and to top it all off, my father died on Monday and they never gave us a number to contact if anything happened. We called the hospice but we never got a response, in other words, his death was never certified, we had to deal with another doctor, not even a doctor, much less a nurse came to visit for a week, a week before my father died. I sincerely do not recommend them at all, they are all incompetent. Be very careful if you have or plan to have a relative here.

Terrible service, very unsympathetic staff. I had a very unpleasant situation with the nurse on call where he disrespected me and tried to humiliate me just because I was explaining a procedure to a patient's family member. Their response rate is terrible, and they often don't even show up, always making excuses. Be very careful with your family members because these people are terrible. The one in Ponce is horrible.
