If you are prescribed intravenous antibiotics, be prepared to wait 76 hrs for the service to start! I am sure the reason is not because your medical insurance takes a long time for approval. I called 24 hrs after the order was placed and neither my primary insurance which is Medicare, my complimentary , United Healthcara and my prescription insurance Haven’t heard anything from Best Option. You need a lot of patience and hope that you don’t have an emergency.!

Waiting 18 hours to receive the service of IV antibiotics.....just wandering when they will arrive. This is just the beginning and doesn't look good.
