Zero recommendation. It's understood that these patients are in the final stages, but they shouldn't be neglected as these people and their nurses do.

I would give it zero stars, but I have to give it one so I can review it. My mother died after almost 10 days of agony and pain without medication because, according to the staff, "she could go into kidney failure." Seriously? My mother had metastatic cancer and was already in kidney failure before signing up with the hospice. Oral medication didn't work because her body couldn't metabolize it anymore, and she could barely swallow. But they insisted on giving her the little pill. I'm an oncology nurse and I work with hospice patients. I'm in the United States and unfortunately had to work. I've always cared for my patients with great love, hoping my mother would receive the same treatment. That wasn't the case. This hospice needs education. My mother couldn't die with dignity.
