Terrible service, total lack of coordination except for two people who helped me, but they really didn't carry out any process with family members in this company. They don't communicate with each other when the family member dies. They are unrelenting garbage.

My dad was diagnosed with liver cancer and after not wanting to continue with chemotherapy we decided to call in hospice and it was the best thing we did! The service my dad along with my mom was excellent! The team treated them with respect and like family! Both my parents were happy and this made myself and 2 other siblings comforted knowing they were in good hands!I can’t say thank you enough to this organization that made my dads last 6 months worth living!! I highly recommend San Lucas!!!!

Irresponsible. The nurse was never consistent with her visiting days (she always changed them for no reason). There was little confidentiality; they offer the service and then discard it. I have a 68-year-old relative who needs wound care and pleural drainage. They discharged him from the service as retaliation because we reported the nurse's and the center's irresponsibility and lack of commitment to the health insurance plan. Tell me, is it fair to leave a patient for a week and a half without treating her ulcer? We are paying for a service that is, in fact, mediocre and unprofessional. Risking the lives of elderly people. Absolutely terrible!

Horrible company, been waiting for service for ten days after coming home with a knee replacemente, its vital that after a surgery like that you inmediatly start receiving therapy so your knee heals properly, I called SSS my medical insurance and been told that the service was aproved so they do not know what's the hold up. I called the company in Ponce last friday and waited 30 minutes in line for an answer finally hung up out of fustration.Definitely I will not choose this hospice for me or mines if given the option again.

Worst nightmare! No interest in standard of care or even reviewing patient's medical recommendations until you are left with zero options. Inhumane practices just to secure your business and their check. If you are looking for a service interested in giving your loved ones attentive medical care please do keep looking. Hospicio San Lucas might as well call itself an assisted suicide service.
