My mother in law gets home health services through Concord. It took them 10 days to send an aide. The PT person was there right off the bat. My wife called to assess why her mother hadn’t been seen by an aide or OT. They told her that the PT person assessed the clients’ needs for aides and OT, which is not accurate. We both have doctorates, so we don’t fall for this kind of BS explanation. The acute rehab where she was made the assessment of what my MIL needed, that’s why Concord was called. My wife was then “coincidentally” contacted by the aide and OT the same day she called. In addition, the aide came in today and was in closed contact with my MIL. Although masked, Concord later contacted my MIL to inform her that the aide, who’s unvaccinated (we’re in RI, where our vaccination rates are high), has a boyfriend that just tested positive for Covid. As a result, my MIL was not allowed to go to an appointment with a specialist today (which she needs given her frail health) because of Covid concerns. It boggles the mind that those in close contact with people with compromised health are not vaccinated and that the companies that employ them do not require them to do so. Don’t want to get vaccinated for some reason? Don’t work with medically compromised clients.

Kristin, our physical therapist, was fabulous! She was warm, caring, funny, and she did an excellent job as my sister's physical therapist. My sister now has full use of her shoulder, even after she was told by her doctor that she would never gain full use of it again. We definitely recommend Concord Home Care. Every person they have ever sent our way has been top notch!

We have used Concord's services twice for mom and have always been impressed and pleased with the services they provide. All staff are reliable, courteous, professional and very caring which is most important to us. Each time I called to set up services, they were able to start within a few hours! It is so hard to find reliable help. This is a great company from top to bottom. We will continue to use their services and recommend them without hesitation.

Very Helpful company. I recent inquired about services for my great grandmother with concord, i had a wonderful conversation with the director Lori Coia. she helped explain what her services would benefit my GG's needs. unfortunately they did not have available staff but lori provided me with a list of other companies and contact information that would be able to help me out, and even mentioned that if they have the availability she would reach out and see if i needed services still, was a very nice woman to speak with and sympathetic to our needs, and extremely helpful in our search for home care services.
