This is a very problematic business. I had right hip replacement surgery in November 2025. Just out of the hospital, I was assigned PT/OT from Pathways Health. The therapists were scheduled for 2-3 visits a week for a month - which would have been 12 PT visits. They came once a week (4 times). None of the therapists would give a time/date for the next visit, he'd just call the night before he was going to come or sometimes the next morning of!. The OT therapists were very good, but after 1 visits each, they never came again nor did they or the office return our multiple calls. I've called the office, left messages. Do not count on these people. they are completely unreliable. In fact they compromised my health and progress due to their negligence.

Joe the Orthopedic Therapist was fantastic! He did a complete tour of the house to insure safety measures were implemented as necessary. I would highly recommend Joe for professional services!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My family had Pathways Hospice a few months ago, and the experience was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. The nurse who I believe was just a LPN who came to our home smelled strongly of cigarettes and skunk, and her behavior was just as concerning. She spent most of the visit on her phone, barely acknowledging our questions. When we did ask something important, she brushed us off so she could continue texting. We were also told a home health aide would be coming out, but it took over a week for anything to be scheduled. Then, to make matters worse, the first visit was canceled by a supervisor at the last minute. During such a difficult time, families deserve compassion, professionalism, and reliability none of which we experienced with this company. I would not recommend their services.

Kim Martel was my in-home physical therapist. She was super professional and made a big difference in my recovery process. I always looked forward to her visits because I knew I would be one step closer toward becoming more independent. She's the best 👌

Absolutely disgraceful. They dropped my mother from palliative care because Medicare policy for disbursement is a set amount and it will average out across patients to profit; Pathways will boot you instead. Do not trust them with your care. We also had nurses fail to show up, no notice, no coverage, only finding out they'd called in sick when we called to ask where they were.
