I gave it one star because we loved Shelly McKenna as a nurse. The scheduling office is terrible. The schedule for the appointments are constantly changed. The nurses call unexpectedly to cancel. The nurses call at 12:00 to come in 30 minutes. Totally unacceptable ! We needed a reliable company to take care of my mom’s vital signs twice a week. The scheduling office didn’t even know the nurse canceled on her and didn’t even know who was the last nurse that saw her. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
