Just a notice to beware. If you're a client of lifetime medical if you don't answer your door they'll send the cops to your house just show their homemaker can gain entrance into your house to do their hours they filed a false police claim wellness check on me I don't know exactly what they said to the police but what I do know is what they did was illegal you cannot file a wellness check on somebody just because you want their workers to go in and clean your house if they can do this to me imagine what they're doing to you if you're not home

This company ABSOLUTELY SUCKS. I've been waiting 5 hours for them to send me 1 CNA to help me. They either don't care about the people they work for or they don't care in general.

Everyone who works here is caring and goes above and beyond to get the best care for their clients. Not an easy task but they get it done

Very unorganized, this is the 2nd week in a row they weren’t able to find care for my grandmother. They apparently knew this last week that the cna that was here couldn’t return, no phone call from the agency was given to family, was zero communication until today when I called when I communicated with the cna last week and she informed me due to family scheduling conflicts she couldn’t return. Here I sit, waiting till last minute again for them to try and find someone, considering I only got to speak to agency at 230p when I called after being informed by cna that she wasn’t returning and agency knew this last week and someone is suppose to be here for 3p.

My mom has the best CNA Christene, she has had a few and at her age she depends on her. She doesn't need to be told what my mom's needs are she knows and does everything perfect for her to be able to stay in her home where she wants to be. We might be adding an extra day, but mom says if she can't get Christene she will go without. Thank for making my mom comfortable and having people who actually Care about the elderly so we don't have to worry as much.
