I am so glad to have been referred here, my experience with the Nursing and Physical Therapy intake reps were great despite my initially thinking I didn't need the service. It was admittedly bumpy at first but it wasn't due to any errors on their end. I have to say a heartfelt Thank You to my PT Andrea who was amazing and motivating ⭐... I hope I can find a trainer with the same spirit to whip me into shape. I am making good use of the band!! I strongly recommend this team, after any surgery or medical procedure.

I cannot speak for any of the nursing or AIDS because my father only had therapy services through nursing placement. Luckily, I did not read reviews before going with this agency. My father and myself had nothing but great experience with his therapy team. I am surprised to see the negative comments about Rich Cooke as he was the evaluating therapist. He was respectful, promp and I did not see an ounce of rudeness. Scheduling was easy and everyone came when they said they would arrive. I will absolutely use nursing placement in the future

If I could give a zero, I would’ve!! This agency is horrible, very unprofessional and not caring at all!! They scheduled two appointments for a home visit. Both the nurse and therapist blew off the appointments without a call!!! We called the therapist Rich Cooke after waiting for 45 minutes and he instructed us that the agency cancelled because the patient needs to be seen by his primary doctor first. We were never notified of this which is very unprofessional!! To top it off, Rich Cooke hung up the phone on us!! Unbelievably rude!! We called Home Health and Hospice and were greeted by two rude staff members!! The rep said she called the patients doctor to confirm he has an upcoming appointment. She came back on the line to say she spoke to the doctor’s office and no appointments were made! When I asked to make a 3-way call she said “it doesn’t matter, you don’t have appointments scheduled anyways “. As soon as I connected the call, she hung up!! I spoke to doctors office, the lady lied because they have all incoming calls recorded with phone number! The doctors office confirmed the agency never called!!Wow!!! If you love whomever you’re considering to opt with this agency, please don’t!! They’re all miserable!! The staff, therapists and nurse are very unprofessional and I wouldn’t want them taking care of my loved one!!! Just don’t do it!! We’re looking for another agency asap!!

I plan on calling Department of Health. My mother's CNA left her at a doctor's appointment, verbally abused my mother, and leaves red marks on my mother from scrubbing too hard when washing; and now it is my mother's fault. I have never seen a homecare place that lets their employees get away with so much. Oh and the CNA has had multiple complaints and just so happens to be great friends with the boss.....Hmmm seems like a win for the CNA and a horrible loss for their clients!!! Run far from this company!
