Outstanding in-home physical therapy from Jared and Jennifer following surgery. My initial contact, Sophia, was kind and helpful.

So far so good I have a CNA from Bayada Take care, my wife her name is Silvia and she’s phenomenal. She’s communicative. Treat my wife like her sister in time to work like I said so far. It’s very good.

Can I give no stars? My review is exactly like the rest of them under this company, would not recommend what so ever! Majority of the nurses have been great and this review is strictly in terms of the management over the nurses. My handicapped mother has been left home alone multiple times when this company said they would provide care ( and even signed a contract saying this care would be there !! ). Now I am forced to take more time off of work after already taking 3 months off from work. Do yourself a favor and seek out another company. - A very unhappy client

I’m not sure where to even start. I was assigned to Bayada after a surgery because I had a drainage tube and needed further help with home PT and a few other things. I saw the intake nurse, Nicole, and she was lovely. A few days later I met my nurse, Karen, and she was also so lovely. I really liked her and felt I was in super good hands. Then I was literally ghosted. I had care set up for as little as one time per week up to every other day dependent on how the visits went, with a review after 30 days. As of right now other than the one visit from Karen I’ve had NO CARE. My texts and calls have gone unanswered. The wound care bandages she said she ordered have not shown up. I’m not sure how this ended up like this, but it has. My surgeon is setting me up with a new company. This is my second experience with post op home care and my first experience with Bayada. I would not recommend this company in the slightest. The nurses were nice but that doesn’t help if they don’t show or return your messages. I’m now 3 weeks post op and have had no care. My family and I are distraught over this. My surgeon is upset because I developed an infection around the drainage tube that would’ve been caught much sooner with proper care. We were relieved and grateful to have help. Little did we know. *** In response to the comment you left to reach out, I already have. Months ago. You took zero accountability and then gave me an attitude when I requested to be immediately discharged so I could get in with a new company. I was told it would be sorted immediately and it took you weeks. When I’d call to check on the status of the discharge you guys were so rude and condescending to me. I have no idea, based on the countless reviews I’ve read, how this place is even open and running. You’re playing with people’s lives, livelihood and wellness, and it’s a dangerous game.

What a joke! Leaving a 90 year old women alone for 72 hours. No phone call on duty “manager” will not allow my to talk to any superior. She basically said call the rescue and let the hospital deal with it, it will be faster 🤬
