The worst home care services around. My grandmother was under their care and needed wound care done. Nursing staff showed up multiple times without ANY supplies. They said they “ordered” them, but when we called to ask about the status, we found out after 10 days that they were never ordered. Luckily, I am a nurse and was able to buy the appropriate supplies myself. I don’t understand how a nurse shows up to complete wound care without ANY supplies.

The service of this home care agency is unprofessional and distasteful. They left my grandmother without a CNA for 5 DAYS because of misinformation they are sharing amongst themselves. Be cautious when hiring them for your loved ones as they show no compassion or care to neither their clients or their families. Awful company, please do better.

Wow how absolutely unacceptable as a home care agency they are EXTREMELY unprofessional. If you have a loved one PLEASE PLEASE be careful because they do not care they are known violators of the laws surrounding home care and on top of it all they GOSSIP about their clients.

This agency excels in communication. Quality patient care, and attention to detail. Called to report a fall while in their care and they had a nurse out to check in within 24 hours of the report being filed.

Worse home nursing services I ever had (and I have plenty) never orders supplies on time,can not get visiting schedule correct, I'm constantly running out of supplies the visiting nurses are great but management doesn't care about their patients at all, if you care about the person that they are helping DO NOT CHOOSE ELMWOOD,I would not recommend them to take care of an ant farm, BAD, BAD, BAD,do not put your love ones in their hands. The only reason they even get one star it's because I can't give them a negative
