Very disappointing. First, they could not establish an actual schedule for me. They insisted all they could do is call me in the morning and tell me what time they could come to see me that day. Except half the time they could not even do that as I had to call to ask why no one called. Then, they sent a different therapist three times. Each therapist had to do an evaluation and no treatment other than giving me a piece of paper with some rudimentary exercises on it. So I had three evaluations and no hands on therapy. When a fourth different therapist called to schedule an appointment I canceled. I asked to speak to the manager twice whom never called me back. Unfortunately, unprofessional and a total waist of time and money. JNR

My 2nd time with Enhabit was just as good as the 1st time if not better. Eric, Ashley, Suzanne, Kara and Kyle did a wonderful job on my broken hip...They are the BEST!!!

I received excellent care from my physical therapist Katie. Not only was the treatment excellent, but the atmosphere of kindness and joy administered to my spirit helped me heal emotionally as well. From my experience, in about a 4 week span of knowing this company, their overworked staff and/or lack of staff causes for things to fall through the crack, and it’s sad when time is of the essence. Causes the patient even more anxiety. Hopefully the staff can work on being more on top of things. Communication could also improve.
