The VNA of Care New England is made up of very caring people. From the nurses, the CNAs, the chaplain, and the people that answer the phone when you need there help. Not only did they make my mother comfortable during her time with them, they explained everything to us. Although they are all wonderful people, I do have my favorites Jim the nurse or as my mother called him nickname Nick haha, Samira My moms CNA was so caring with my mother

This place is the WORST! After a knee replacement, they sent a PT to my home. First this guy shows the first day and does a bunch of paperwork that he should have done in the office. Received no care. Second day, he comes, and I tell him I can't stand because I am in a lot of pain. This was to be expected as the surgeon said the third day would be the worst after the local wear off. He makes a fake phone call and "claims" he spoke to my surgeon who wants me to meet him at the hospital. He calls 911 and has me taken to the emergency room. Now the fun part, he never spoke to anyone at my doctor's office, not a single person and certainly not my surgeon. He out and out lied to both myself and my spouse. I spent 3 days in the emergency room, then they transferred me to a nursing home where I spent nearly a month. Now the sad part, ALL I needed to do was take 2 pain pills instead of 1 and that is what my surgeon would have told him, if he had bothered to really speak to him or anyone in his office. What his reasoning for lying was, I have no idea. From speaking to a rep over the phone, I found out he also forged the medical papers at their office. Now they are trying to collect co-pays for giving no care and doing nothing. The paperwork on their end was changed to say a female PT was sent instead of a male and the paperwork where he lied has suddenly disappeared. Unluckily for them, I still have the booklet he left with me with a detailed list of what he did NOT do, with his name and signature. I have dealt with 4 different employees, all four of them have been extremely dishonest and incompetent. There are other options out there, avoid VNA of Care New England at all costs.

Amazing nurses, aides, chaplains, grief support staff, and office staff. From the people answering the phones to those that visited our mother, each one was compassionate, knowledgeable, and kind. The grief support after her death was so much more than we expected. Our family is deeply grateful for the VNA of Care New England Hospice. Our chaplain listened to us as well as our mother was a pastor's kindness and gentleness - she was such wonderful support and we looked forward to her visits. The grief support was helpful - Rev. Burton is knowledgeable and a great listener as well. Our nurses were delightfully helpful and realistic while still offering a hopeful spirit. We are beyond grateful for the VNA of Care New England Hospice.

More concerned with medication count than my father lying dead in the next room. The male nurse was really not concerned with anything. Told me to wash and change my father as he did med count. 3 weeks before my father had a fall that banged his HEAD. NO ONE CAME until 8 hours later when all that COULD have been done was too late. When my mother was dying, nurse went on vacation and assigned NO ONE to her cases. Took calling a MANAGER to get her to a hospice facility. Just....inconsistent and horrible management of care. That GAWD I'm a cna and could advocate for her. They don't care if your loved one dies. Just count the meds and move on. Just....HORRIBLE staffing

They assisted me with figuring out which personal emergency response unit which would be compatible with my mom's pacemaker and were in her home the next day to set it up. The woman in the office and the ladies who did the install were all so helpful and we are happy we chose VNA of CNE for this service.
