I was in the anmed hospital from Dec.19 until Dec.25. I would have not known it was Christmas day if i did not no it myself. The nurses were rude and hateful. Anmed has the worst nursing staff on the heart floor,5th floor. I can remember a friend that was there before Anmed aquired the hosp, then it was a good hosp. Very nice staff on the heart floor. Now its terrible, how dare you to have heart failure and avib.

I had a profusely bleeding 9in laceration on my arm. I checked in at 1 pm and was FINALLY given an ace bandage at 4 pm! To add insult to injury, a nurse came in at 530 pm to register ppl. She wasn't going in order of whose been there the longest...when asked she said "it doesn't matter, the doctor not here yet". I left to nurse my own wound because that level of negligence was astounding. You will be better off with home remedies than seeking help from anmed. I expect better from health care professionals, I know a medical cares less about my opinion but I hope this helps someone cause anmed DEFINITELY wont!

ICU and fifth floor/ 570/ nurses took good care of me 11/14-11/21 through salmonella poisoning. One night in ICU, then transferred to 5th floor. I saw improvement when infectious disease finally got involved the fourth day. The nurses were great.

Worst ER I have ever been to. Nursing staff had the absolute worst attitudes, like I was inconveniencing them by being sick. Needed assistance walking to the restroom and the nurse acted like she didn’t want to touch me. I grabbed her arm for the support I needed. Once in the restroom I was left unattended while in severe pain. The NP and the CT scan staff were the ONLY nice/caring people we came across. It what world is it acceptable for nurses to complain and talk about patients openly for whoever to hear and treat their patients with disrespectful attitudes. Do not recommend at all, ever.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The care my father received at AnMed Hospital was outstanding. Every person we met — from the ER staff to the nurses, social workers, and even the cafeteria team — treated him with genuine kindness and respect. Everyone went above and beyond, and their compassion made a very difficult week easier for our family. Thank you, AnMed, for caring with heart. 💜 — Geny Melton
