Well I have been home for over a week. The nurse came out on a Wednesday. She said PT would be in touch. I haven't heard from them. I guess they have really changed since I used them with my husband. I know better than ask for them again.

I received a request for ratings before someone actually contacted me to help my elderly mom. We've been waiting for 8 days now, and nobody has contacted me- even after I've confirmed they have my correct contact info, etc. This is a very poor start to a relationship.

I had a great experience with the home health therapy after a total knee replacement. Sarah was very sweet the times she came out to evaluate me and Matt was an excellent therapist. He always encouraged me to get a little further but he always told me I was doing a great job and that made me feel better because there were times when I thought I was getting worse. I always had the feeling that he actually cared about how I was feeling and how I was healing up. I would definitely recommend them.

Great experience. Everyone was extremely nice. The PT wad extremely helpful. Nothing was forced to a level of pain. Throughly enjoyed Matt. He was a pleasure to work with. Hope to have all the same people on my next go around.
