My Mother came home from the hospital in a state of "hospital delirium" the first of February 2021. My Brother and I had never heard of this diagnosis before and were concerned as to the outcome. I was able to stay in her Lake City home to help my brother, but we were in way over our heads. I could fix her a meal and he could get the paper for her. She was difficult to contend with, and did not appreciate us trying to "tell her what she needed to do". Thankfully CHC's Home Health Nurse visited and got Mom's health care started. Wendy came first, and I knew my Mom was in the hands of an Angel concerning her personal care. Mom looked forward to Wendy coming back (as did my Brother and I)for the duration of her home care. Michael arrived for physical therapy, but he gave much more than that, he was truly a blessing to our family. Michael is blessed with a gentle soul and loving heart. He's also very knowledgeable in regard to explaining and instructing the mechanics of physical therapy and why it is an essential part of the patient's recovery. Thanks to you all, for your wonderful care. Forgive me for not saying this sooner.
