To anyone look for home care a high do not recommend this company. I have called the agent two or three times in a row. Nobody never got back in contact with me. The nurse only came out one time to see me. I have a wound on my back and it hasn’t been addressed for seven more days.

The first nurse who attended to my father wore an N95 mask with an exhaust valve, which is against CDC recommendations. Despite my dad mentioning this, she wore it on repeated visits. The second nurse told my dad she wouldn’t be getting a COVID-19 vaccine and that she has never had a flu vaccine. I know vaccines aren’t mandatory, but I imagine that many of the people they see are what you’d consider “high risk,” so it’s more than a little disconcerting to hear this from a home health nurse. I have concerns about so-called healthcare providers who are so flippant with CDC guidelines and the proven science of vaccines. Beyond that, they always arrive late and rarely call the day before to let dad know when to expect them. He might be a senior citizen, but he’s not just sitting around all day waiting for his nurse to drop by. We’ll be letting his doctors know that we’d like a different agency moving forward.
