I tryed to email you any it said that the email is undeliverable because this email address is restricted. So here is the email I sent. We told bayada today that we no longer need their services. The new office staff is rude. They never had anyone to fill in for our aide when she was out ( which was quite often 25% of the time to be correct) they text me at 9pm on more than one occasion to tell me they had to come the next day or my daughter would loose her services. Other than her awful attendance our aide was wonderful.But that is the ONLY good thing I can say about this company.
