I can never thank the caring individuals who cared for my husband on his journey to heaven. Every single person on the hospice team went above and beyond to love and care for my husband and myself. They helped to ease some of the burden from me and they did so with professionalism and kindness. I will be forever grateful for how much they cared for all of us.

The worst home health service we are dealing with...they just don't care. They schedule appointments without telling us or try coming by with last minute notice ( 30 min to an hours notice even after told I need to be with my dad when medical professionals come by). They haven't really worked at all with my dad for any physical therapy. Overall I am just very unhappy with this experience. This has been the worst process...you can tell they just want their money , they meet the checklist they must complete ( thr bare minimum) and don't focus at all on the patient's needs. So disappointed with this company talking to case manager as soon as possible to get this resolved ....will NEVER recommend this terrible company.

The only positive experience with this company were the 2 physical therapists I dealt with.. The RN asked me as to sign a scrap of paper to show she was here to take my vital signs. Not too professional! . I had no need for O.T. but the guy argued with me when I refused to have him visit. I was just discharged from rehab and given clearance. I needed and was promised an aide. They only have one I was told and for 10 days from discharge she was never available. I hired my own privately and should not have had to pay out of pocket if a reputable company was given my referral from the rehab. Do not waste your time... Go with a reputable company. Stay safe!!!
