The nurse was very competent and offered wonderful suggestions to the questions I asked. The physical therapists have worked very well with me. They give a good variety of exercises to build up my knee and get me on the way to a full recovery. They are very knowledgeable in the medical field. They explain the workings of the body and procedures in a way that can be understood by everyone. I have really appreciated the team and enjoyed the work we have done to help me recover from my injury. Kudos to the whole team!

The people were great. Went above & beyond. The only thing I didn’t like was at first I couldn’t get a schedule I had to wait for the call. Jason, the therapist was able to give me set days and times. I had to wait on nurse calls & it was a different nurse every time.

Our, mine & my mother's, experience has been great with the nurses and the physical therapist. We didn't have any interaction with the physical therapist's assistant, he called me a few times wanting to schedule for an early appointment but I tried to explain to him that my mother doesn't get moving early, 9am or 10am, as he requested because she can't sleep well at night. I don't remember the assistant's name but everything I told him this he would tell me that he was only in Newberry in the morning after leaving the office and that was the only time he could see us. So he basically refused to adjust his schedule. At our next appointment with our primary care physician we requested that we no longer needed physical therapy. My mother was doing better on her own so it was ok.
