I can not comprehend how an agency that is in the medical field caring for patients in needs cannot help me with a simple email to obtain all the details about starting new services. I have a brain disability (disclosed) over the phone due to several ischemic strokes and the lady (African American) who answered the phone today around 9 am was so rude that immediately responded “No” when I requested her to please email what I need to start and application. I WILL NOT HIRE YOUR COMPANY not even to care for my home pest control.

We went at Hope Community Center for Vote last Tuesday from I standed up terrible too bad patient my lower back pain without walker with sitting for long line people also was the weather rain. The level of genuine care the therapists have shown my post stroke surviving husband has been exceptional. Some standout therapists have been Lisa from Speach therapy; Casey, and Ed from PT who have pushed him to improve by getting him to his wheelchair, and out of bed, and now stands for short periods; Tonya, and most especially Tammy from OT lately that really has pushed my husband to gain core strength, and she has thought me techniques to use myself to help make my care for my hubby easier. The only improvement I would suggest is more continuity of care by having the same nurse most of the time. Jackie was an exceptional nurse. Emily, the manager, has addressed any concerns promptly, and my husband verbalizes being pleased with his care. I’m pleased with the genuine compassionate care of my husband of 34 years married, and 42 years together. Wouid definitely recommend.

The home health team (Jason and Donna) have helped me with mobility, strength in my core, and eliminating the back spasms that have plagued me since a spinal surgery in 2019. I am no longer taking the oxycodone/acetaminophen that was the recommendation of my surgeon and my pain doctor both. I was worried about becoming an opioid addict and I am no longer concerned about addiction and now rarely even take Tylenol or any other pain reliever’s. I am beyond grateful to Center Well Home Health.
